Our Story
Clarity Over Complexity
Aurevia exists to help people in Thailand understand the pension and provident-fund landscape without having to wade through bureaucratic language or wait for an appointment with a specialist.
Back to HomeWho We Are
Founded on the Belief That Information Should Be Accessible
Aurevia was established in Phitsanulok with a straightforward purpose: to bridge the gap between Thailand's retirement and provident-fund frameworks and the people who need to understand them. Whether you are an HR administrator keeping internal records tidy or a retiree trying to work out which government body to contact, our sessions are built around your starting point — not an assumed level of prior knowledge.
The idea came from observing how frequently both employers and individuals found themselves uncertain about basic procedural questions — not because the information was hidden, but because it was scattered across official sources written primarily for compliance specialists. We saw an opportunity to gather, organise and present that information in a format that anyone could sit with comfortably.
Our sessions are deliberately non-advisory. We do not comment on personal circumstances or recommend specific courses of action. What we offer is a structured, well-referenced picture of how the system works and a clear map of where to go next for the guidance that only a qualified professional can provide.
Our Mission
To make Thailand's pension and provident-fund information available in plain language so that HR teams and retiree communities can ask better questions and find the right support with confidence.
Our Values
- Clarity first. We use straightforward language and structured handouts every time.
- Appropriate scope. We are informational, not advisory — and we are honest about that distinction.
- Respect for participants. We pace sessions to suit the audience, not the clock.
- Signposting over substitution. We connect people to the right official sources, not replace them.

How We Work
Our Standards and Approach
These principles shape every session we deliver, from the materials we prepare to the way we handle participant questions.
Scope Transparency
Every session opens with a clear statement of what we cover and what falls outside our remit. Participants know from the start that individual advice is not part of what we provide.
Current-Source Policy
Session materials are reviewed before each delivery to reflect the most current publicly available information from Thai government and regulatory publications.
Data Handling
Participant details collected for booking purposes are held securely and used only for session administration. We do not share contact information with third parties.
Feedback at Every Session
A short written feedback form is distributed at the close of each session. Responses directly shape the content and format of future deliveries.
Accessible Format
Handouts use large, readable type with clear headings. Sessions are paced to allow questions throughout, and key terms are explained as they arise.
Official Source Priority
All factual statements made in sessions are attributed to official Thai government or regulatory publications. We reference sources so participants can verify independently.
Pension Information Support in Phitsanulok and Northern Thailand
Thailand's retirement landscape includes the Government Pension Fund for public servants, the Social Security Fund for private-sector employees and the voluntary provident-fund system that operates under the Provident Fund Act. For HR departments, keeping internal administration aligned with these frameworks involves tracking contribution timelines, maintaining accurate membership records and understanding the general structure of fund management — all of which can feel unwieldy without a clear reference point.
Community members approaching retirement often find themselves with a set of procedural questions — about when and how to access accumulated fund balances, where to direct correspondence or what documentation they may need to gather — that do not require a financial planner but do require a reliable source of general information. This is where Aurevia's seminars and workshops fit comfortably.
Operating from our office at 145 Naresuan Road in Phitsanulok, we serve employers and community groups across the northern central region of Thailand. Sessions are available in English and can be arranged in coordination with Thai-speaking facilitators for mixed audiences. We encourage all participants to follow up with the relevant Thai government departments or qualified advisers for decisions affecting their personal circumstances.
