1. Definitions
"Aurevia", "we", "us", "our" — Aurevia, a business operating from 145 Naresuan Road, Nai Mueang, Phitsanulok 65000, Thailand.
"Session" — any of our informational sessions: Employer Process Advisory, Community Information Seminar, or Pension System Information Workshop.
"User", "you" — any individual or organisation accessing our website or booking a Session.
"Website" — the site at aureviay.world.
"Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any booking confirmation.
"Content" — all materials, handouts, documents and information provided during a Session.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Website or booking a Session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and accept these terms in full. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our Website or booking a Session.
3. Description of Sessions
Aurevia provides informational sessions relating to Thailand's pension and provident-fund frameworks. All Sessions are educational and informational only. They do not constitute regulated financial advice, legal advice or any other form of professional advice under Thai or international law.
Sessions are delivered in English and are currently available in the Phitsanulok region of Thailand. Availability is subject to facilitator capacity and venue access. We reserve the right to reschedule a Session in the event of circumstances outside our control.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Website or attending a Session, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking.
- Not reproduce, distribute or commercialise Session Content without prior written permission.
- Not misrepresent the nature of the Session or Content to third parties.
- Not use Session information as a substitute for qualified professional advice in regulated fields.
- Conduct yourself respectfully toward facilitators and other participants during sessions.
5. Intellectual Property
All Session materials, handouts, website content and related materials are the intellectual property of Aurevia or are used under licence. Participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Session handouts for their own reference purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from Session Content without prior written consent from Aurevia.
6. Payment Terms
Session fees are as published on our website at the time of booking and are denominated in Thai Baht (THB):
- Employer Process Advisory: ฿3,500 per engagement
- Community Information Seminar: ฿8,400 per session
- Pension System Information Workshop: ฿12,250 per workshop
Payment is due in full by bank transfer prior to the confirmed session date. Booking is confirmed once payment is received and we have sent a written confirmation.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 7 calendar days before the session date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the session date are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule rather than cancel where possible. If we cancel a session, a full refund will be issued.
7. Session-Specific Terms
Scope: Each Session covers a defined informational scope outlined in the pre-session summary. Questions outside that scope will be signposted to appropriate official or professional channels, not answered within the Session.
No personal advice: Facilitators will not comment on individual pension entitlements, personal financial situations or specific legal circumstances during any Session.
Recording: Audio or video recording of Sessions is not permitted without prior written agreement from Aurevia.
Group bookings: The per-session fee covers a single session for one group at one venue. Multiple groups or venues require separate bookings.
8. Disclaimers
Session Content is provided for general informational purposes only and is based on publicly available information from Thai government and regulatory sources at the time of delivery. It does not constitute and should not be treated as financial, legal or professional advice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure Content is current and accurate at the time of delivery but make no representation as to its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying information with the relevant official bodies before taking any action.
Aurevia is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting as an agent of any Thai government department or regulatory body.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Aurevia's total liability to you in connection with any Session or use of this Website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Session.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of Session Content, including decisions made based on information provided in Sessions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurevia and its facilitators from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of Session Content or your conduct during a Session.
11. Termination
Either party may cancel a booking subject to the cancellation terms in Section 6. Aurevia reserves the right to exclude a participant from a Session without refund where their conduct is disruptive or contrary to these terms. Sections 5, 8, 9 and 10 survive termination of any booking.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phitsanulok Province, Thailand.
13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to Sessions and supersede all prior communications.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Website or booking of Sessions after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
